There are no additional Mead Lake Lodge service fees and taxes are included. We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with MMDLK, LLC listed as the additional insured to be paid with your contract (approx. $175).

If you are serving alcohol, we would require you to obtain a Virginia ABC license (approx. $55.00). Everything else is included: there are no hidden fees.
