Q: Do we provide chairs and tables for the ceremony and reception?
A: Yes! We have 15, 60" round tables and 150 indoor cushioned chivari chairs. We also have 2, 6' rectangle tables and patio furniture that are included. You are welcome to rent outdoor chairs for use on the property for outdoor ceremonies.
Q: Are there any additional costs?
A: We require purchasing event insurance which names Mead Lake Lodge as additional insured. This protects both parties involved. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. We do have a $1,000 security deposit which secures your date and will be returned 2 weeks after your event once the contract is upheld.
Q: Do we allow alcohol?
A: Yes! If your event includes alcohol, you must purchase an ABC license.
Q: What about bringing in other vendors?
A: We welcome outside vendors. Mead Lake Lodge is a site rental only venue.
Q: What about music?
A: You are allowed to amplify music within county ordinance requirements.
Q: Is Mead Lake Lodge available for events other than weddings?
A: Certainly! We welcome school reunions, corporate events, baby showers, bridal showers or picnics at Mead Lake Lodge on a weekend or weekday.
